Time for a little shameless advertising on my part. So, forgive me in advance please.

Thanks Everyone!

Well, we’re coming up on the 1 year anniversary of Home2Rome. Thanks to everyone who has visited and helped get the word out about this little venture. The numbers have been good I think, averaging over 2000 hits monthly since January. As you can see from the hit counter in the sidebar, we’ve had over 28,000 hits in this first year. I really wasn’t sure what to expect and I can remember being excited just to hit the 1,000 hit mark.

I try to cover a lot of ground on this site from basic information about the Church and its teaching to encouragement to just for fun posts like the “Summer and the Ice Cream Truck” post. If you have suggestions of things you’d like to see on this site, things you think would be helpful, please let me know. Just post below and share your thoughts.

I really hope this site is an encouragement to you and help for your spiritual journey. It’s truly a pleasure to blog for you and I pray that in the future more and more people find encouragement to come Home2Rome.
